GS-300 EM 2026 - 2.png
The GS-300 EM is an electric, self-propelled joint milling saw designed for high-torque wide-pass cutting and joint restoration. Powered by a 240V, 5 HP motor and featuring a Posi-Traction drive system, it efficiently mill joints up to 1" wide and 2" deep while maintaining excellent silica dust containment.

Features

  • Patent-Pending Wide-Cut Dust Box: High-efficiency enclosure captures silica dust at the point of cut during wide-pass milling.

  • Posi-Traction Drive System: High-torque variable-speed drive maintains steady forward traction and consistent cut speeds across the slab.

  • Stackable Blade Capability: Houses blade stacks up to 1" wide for efficient joint rebuilding, widening, and spall repair in a single pass.

  • Linkage-Controlled Pointer: Front pointer arm adjusts easily via manual linkage to quickly retract when terminating cuts.

  • Centered Lifting Hook: Perfectly balanced lifting point enables safe, single-point loading and transport around the jobsite.

  • Integrated Wrench Holder: Keeps essential tools secured directly on the frame for fast blade stack changes.
